These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Matché app and the services provided through it. Matché offers a platform for users to book sports courts, communicate with coaches, and find and add friends for chatting within the app. Our services are designed to facilitate easy booking and seamless communication among users and coaches.
Account Creation: Users must register and create an account to access the full features of Matché. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and to keep this information up to date. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Messaging System: Matché provides a chat system for communication between users and coaches. To maintain a safe and secure platform, the following are strictly prohibited: Sharing or soliciting social media usernames, phone numbers, emails, or any personal contact information to encourage communication outside the app. Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior. Coaches: Coaches are expressly prohibited from soliciting or engaging in communication with clients outside of the Matché app. Violation of this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban of the coach's account. Content Monitoring: Matché reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor content shared within the app to enforce these restrictions.
All content provided on Matché, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Matché or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
Your privacy is important to us. Matché's Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Matché shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if Matché has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Matché reserves the right to terminate your access to the app with & if necessary without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Westminster without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Matché reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
